NYSERDA will provide reimbursement on a first-come, first served basis to qualified training organizations in New York State that are eligible for and submit complete applications to the Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) Institute for Sustainable Power Quality (ISPQ) Program for accreditation of energy efficiency training programs offered in New York State.
