Now is the time to nominate a deserving family member, friend, neighbor, or co-worker to win a distinguished Greenie Award for environmental initiatives from the City of Yonkers Green Policy Task Force.
Past winners have been recognized for a variety of efforts including solar panel installations, carbon footprint reduction, recycling efforts, public transportation pledges, and more.
The event will be held under the stars on the Hudson between 6:30-9:00 pm, Wednesday, June 13 at Beczak Environmental Education Center, 35 Alexander Street in Yonkers.
Everyone is invited and encouraged to support this 4th annual event! RSVPs are appreciated, but not required. All attendees will get a free raffle number at the door upon check in. Refreshments will be served.
