Nina Orville is the Executive Director of the Southern Westchester Energy Action Consortium (SWEAC), a collaboration of Southern Westchester County municipalities whose mission is to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and save money on energy costs for local communities.  She also provides consulting services leveraging her expertise in finance, environmental sustainability and community development.
