The ‘Audubon At Home’ Nature Film SeriesAug 9, 10, 11 & 16, 17, 18
Audubon Greenwich’s plan to beat the heat this Summer is to host the “Audubon At Home Nature Film Series” on Aug 9, 10, 11 & 16, 17, 18. This new film series features over a dozen of the most innovative eco-documentaries created in recent years and will be sure to provide food for thought. Organized around three themes: Bird Conservation, Conservation Heroes: Today & Yesterday, and the Sustainable Food Movement, special guest speakers will be sprinkled throughout the events.
Advance Tickets highly recommended. All the films, times and details will be posted online. Age suitability will be indicated with each film but is best determined by the parent or guardian. Note to savvy shoppers – “All-access Film Passes” will guarantee full access at a bargain prices. To avoid disappointment at the door, all pass & ticket holders need to RSVPs the day prior to each event. Space permitting, door tickets will be for sale at the door. Ticket questions can be referred to Jeff at 203-869-5272 x239.
This event is a ‘public awareness’ and ‘fund’ raiser for Audubon Greenwich. All proceeds will directly benefit Audubon’s Bird Conservation & Environmental Education initiatives throughout Connecticut. To make a contribution to this fundraising initiative or to become an official Film Series Sponsor, contact the Events & Communications Manager, Jeff Cordulack, at 203-869-5272 x239 or jcordulack@audubon.org.
