“Bon Freakin' Appétit: Raising hell about factory farming...seeking solutions for a healthier planet”
A Visual Essay by Graphic Artist Donna Simons
On display July 31 to September 30, 2012
Bon Freakin' Appétit is a visual essay by NY Graphic Artist Donna Simons dealing with the complex health, environmental and ethical issues surrounding commercial farming. By melding editorial, documentary and fine art, Donna has created a thought provoking entertaining collection of illustrations and graphics that will challenge you to think deeply about the food we eat, the water we drink and the air that we breathe. A printed narrative containing an the background of this project and empowering 'grassroots' solutions will be available at the gallery for the duration of the show.

The Kiernan Hall Nature Arts Gallery is located inside the Kimberlin Nature Education Center. Stop in anytime from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Saturday and from 12:00 to 5:00 pm on Sundays.
