Water efficiency conserves both water and energy - generating benefits both for the environment and the bottom line. Determining water use reduction requires calculating an accurate baseline and reductions through efficiency strategies. Project teams often get tripped up on these calculations in LEED. Walk through calculations, issues and lessons learned from some typical and atypical scenarios.
