Our small herd of dairy goats provide milk for cheese, yogurt, fudge, and goat milk soaps. In addition we have a limited supply of goat meat available. We manage the herd using organic methods, love and respect.
We are passionate about organic and sustainable farming and safe and local food systems. Acorn Hill cheeses and other farm products are made in the Mid-Hudson Valley/Catskill region and available regionally in the spirit of the Locavore movement - About me
- I own Acorn Hill Farm and make all the cheeses in our on farm micro-creamery. I have worn several hats in my lifetime but found my passion and happiness with the farm.
